I use frame gen on all my games that have it supported like marvel rivals the finals arc raiders battlefield. There is basically no noticeable input delay if u have gsync and vsync on with reflex too. I have a 40 series GPU so im on 2x frame gen only and not MFG like 50 series so idk about the delay for MFG

The team didn't have the same resources back then, but now they've got plenty of people to work on those nuances separately
For reference (public info): An intern has said that they went from barely hitting 60 fps, to around 90-100 on Ultra Settings without any form of upscaling, so we're in for a surprise

As far as controller is concerned, this game genuinely only translates well to gyro aim with the dualsense controller. It could be unique for the fps genre on ps5 because of that since almosr every other game is joystick aiming focused with aim assist

Depends, it has a higher frame rate and wider FOV. It should help reduce the feeling of nausea. The resolution is pretty good. But as @empty wren it is a good upgrade if you can afford it.

but the idea was too much different, so it became an entirely new map, tumblewood is still planned to return, no ETA on it atm though

idk why people keep saying the stumbling is unrealistic, its pretty realistic if a person was running full speed and got shot in the arm by a revolver. only thing that was unrealistic was the ragdoll swinging after getting shot by the kriss vector on the ground.

Was there any reason Oil Rig was removed? I remember playing on it a while back. The map was amazing and looked incredible. loads of flank points and lots of angles. The one reason i think they may have removed it because nightime was a nightmare to find the last guy. maybe some performance issues for some but i had a 3060 at the time and it ran great before the optimization.
