It's my understanding that this is a two-man dev team. From what I've seen, they've been very transparent about thier progress and seem to react well to community feedback. Just give them time to cook. By saying put good shops in there, you are back-handed saying, your shops suck. And I'd also guess that gameplay mechanics are a priority over better shops right now. '
