3050, best bet run all low settings and DLSS. Delete Bodycam Folders in Steamapps folder. Uninstall Bodycsm from steam. Also you need to clear your shader cache and use DDU to clean install your Nvidia drivers. FINALLY reinstall Bodycam
Search on YouTube to do it all. I had severe crashing for a few weeks before I did this. I have a 4070. Still a few crashes here and there but way more stable.

1. Uninstall Bodycam folder in Steam Apps
2. Uninstall Bodycam from Steam
3. Clear Nvidia Shader Cache
   (YouTube it)
4. Clear DX Shader Cache (YouTube it)
5. Use DDU to Uninstall Nvidia Drivers (YouTube it)
6. Download Nvidia Drivers from website and Reinstall.
7. Reinstall Bodycam
   Play as normal, lots of Shader caching will happen and a few crashes as they rebuild but after that
   crashes will be 90% fixed.
   Nvidia and UE4 & UE5 hate old shaders and other data that lingers from old drivers.

In bodycsm skill comes from handling the free weapon movement, basically your line of sight does not move with your mouse like other games. There's a natural/realistic movement, feels like a little delay. Getting a handle on all the weapons is also not seriously nuanced, point n shoot really. Quick fun matches usually, some of the games modes do take some time. You can also create a private lobby to only invite your friends. Bots that can be switched on or off. And a zombie mode with specific maps that can be pretty fun too. My opinion.@heady thunder

Turn up sharpness, lower Antialiasing, turn Global illumination to low, turn shadows to low.
GI and Shadows hurt FPS the most

There us a low learning curve to the weapons....point and shoot really. The Recoil seems to be the same, rate of fire differs mainly. It's not varied by much
