My first comment about this game. The weapon sway when aiming is such a unique and interesting feel. Is definitely going to take some getting used too. I play alot of FPS games and one thing between all of them I love is Hip Fire being insanely OP if you have something on the center of your screen to mimic a red dot. This game, prevents that from being usable and to be honest. I love it.

Try to fix or reinstall the game first

1. Clear shader cache using Nvidia Control Panel
2. Uninstall Bodycam through Steam
3. Delete Bodycam Folders in Steam Apps folder.
4. Uninstall Nvidia Drivers using DDU
5. Reinstall Nvidia Drivers.

Crashing will still happen but not nearly as often. Guaranteed to fix 90% if te crashing issue.

It's not really the game it's how Unreal Engine 5 works with the NVIDIA drivers or lack of works LOL

The weapons are not OP. For lack of better terms they try to aim for realistic weapon handling and stopping power. A shot gun to the chest at Medium range (not birdshot) will kill you or maim you. The revolver is a 44? Magnum, that shit will go through walls and 2x4s. What games have you been playing? The WWII milsims and hardcore shooters like Squad and Arma have this shit right....its about time a modern FPS shooter with bandit looking players lol did the same. Good job Bodycam Devs!!

the reason the cap exists is to prevent unecesseraly huge amount of points being collected by one person, subsequently allowing them to buy every skin, therefor removing one of the main reasons to play/grind at all
the cap does come with its own cons but its all we can do at the before we add more stuff to achieve and grind for

Yeah I understand he reason for the cap, I just don't agree with it because at the end of the day it punishes the early supporters who paid and play your game. Needless punishment that no one asked for is worse than having excessive points imo. It does the opposite for me and probably many others, when my points stay the same and don't increase that day I lose incentive to keep playing more that day because I don't gain anything (specifically points)

I started with a display problem in fullscreen and had to figure it out. theres no story mode or official servers for playing being a shooter game. and I have an rtx 4060 8vram with i7 gen 13 and 16gb ram and barely got 50 fps on epic graphics witch was set by default btw. I really appreciate the ideea of utra realistic shooter but this game has a lot a work to do become smth people would enjoy. Also all the servers in search are on yellow ping for me.

Hello, I would like to say that i'm currently unable to play the game since new zombie patch. All of my attempts to modify the game, to a point the it would be playable -failed (graphic toggle, updates etc. - i have a gaming laptop HP OMEN which recently got 32gb of ram and a new PCIe 4.0 SSD only to see no changes in BC). I only played zombies and had the record of the longest running streak of 278 days, which i ended today. Why today? to give you guys a xmas present from a dude that was a walking encyclopedia in the asylum and cannot play the village. Until you put out a good patch and these are fixed: old-film filter applied, in-game fps drops, no camo on guns, zombies do not pose a threat, it's like shooting meat. I will drop the game, change my steam review until the addressed issues are fixed, i really like the game and along with my friends i'm in the TOP30 of the Z-ranking, but if you cannot "deliver" you guys will loose players -a devoted zombie fan (photo in picture section)

Well, when on low it does remove the depth of field blur from the weapon and arms, i prefer it off so that everything is clear. It also removes a bit of shading to the edges of the frame.

Its up to you. For AMD it's the only option for upscaling and for me looks bad usually. FSR3 Frame gen does improve smoothness with frame generation but it also adds lots of artifacting. If you want to gain a bit more REAL performance drop Global Illumination to Low and Shadows to Low. All this is your preference.
If you have an Nvidia GPU I would stuck to DLSS at Balanced not past that preset. I prefer Post Processing Low.
