Yeah, I think it's the unreal engine problem, it can be unstable and support focus has been on the newest graphics cards. For example fortnite and Bodycam playing on dx12 made my rtx3070 cry. Switching to dx11 made my card happy especially with Helldiver's 2 but I still had to lower it down occasionally just because how bipolar the engine is as well.

I have the RTX 5090 now , but before I had the 3070, I ran Bodycam dx11 and used the DLSS. Even yet occasionally the card cried the more I played on for example asylum but looking at something wrong on some multiplayer maps made the card cry. I don't think it's all of the devs fault, I think it's a gamble between UE5 optimization and the game, like in basic terms I think could be both overall. If it's making sense, like the engine and the game it's self could be what hitting hard performance language wise.
