i totally trust the developers, and i admire their objectives, the only thing they did wrong, atleast i think, was getting the players hyped for the roadmap and then bypass it in order to plan even bigger updates, in my opinion these updates shoud have gotten snapped in different parts, i mean, instead of directly giving us a loadout update with thousands of different attachments they could have given us a much more minimalistic part 1 with just a few elements to play with, wich would have already made the game 100x better while they work for a second, bigger part of that update, the problem with the game is that it still feels like a demo after more than one year of early access while it seems they are already working on an incredibly detailed and profound version of it, but i don't know how possible that could have been
