me and my brother have done pretty much every COD zombies easter egg. We both kind of had that same feeling playing bodycam zombies. It really felt like when treyarch first introduced zombies. Really bare, confusing and difficult. However, the FEEL of it was the same, if not better in terms of immersion. I'm really hoping this studio takes off with it.

Now, there’s a whooooole group of zombie loving gamers over at COD that would shit their pants if Devs would simply make the 4p vs 4p vs Zom experience. It would set the bar sooooo high and lock in at least a solid base of dedicated gamers. FPS shooters are nice don’t get me wrong. But that burst of exposure is over. You can get the notoriety and positive gamer exposure back again, this possibly bringing back the FPS crowd that has abandoned this game. Even with optimization they may not return….

It’s absolutely diminished and sad. Sucks actually. I had/have hope they will return. This game/discord has turned into a high jacked type echo chamber. When devs ask for suggestions, they are only getting a small batch of narrow offerings. Nobody wants a tablet, nobody wants killer drones. Simply playability, Maps (which have to be hard as hell to make) , and customization and most importantly story line or immersion - characters to maps. Example Forrest Map could be Narcos vs Jungle Cops 😂 where instead of a bomb, you have to steal the coke or destroy the cook site.
Instead of Hard Point have extract on oil rig where you fight off Somali pirates and save some rig workers or something ? I would have to actually sit and think about game modes for more than 20 minutes lol

FYI, the tablet was on the plans for a long time and is needed for the future of the game, drones etc...will be a while, as it's not planned for this loadout "v1", optimisation, playability is the main focus, maps can indeed, be pretty tough to make and even worst to optimise

For instance if this game came out 2 years from now optimization almost wouldn’t be as crucial as it is now. I can’t imagine trying to cater to gamers with lesser gpu’s. Exp. In 2 years 4080s and many other gpu’s / cpu will be readily available and within range of their pocket books.
Making the game playable as it is for me right now 🤙🏻 I just reluctantly updated my GPU from 566 driver to the 580 and the game runs amazingly better 😂. Duhhh right I know, imagine that.
One last thing before the hoard comes at me, can you take off the voice over please 😂 ? Maybe do like a more authentic military/swat/police type briefing or just nothing at all being as all of the skins are based off of that “style”. Very very well done A++++ along with the heel scratching leg movements. Also, there’s no time or reason for checking rounds in the magazines. Also incentivize somehow the team squad sticking together close by. Like give organization XP points based off of kills while near teammates ? We have to make the game more tactical and driven in that direction by XP points / rewards. There is not a game that does that….or a 4v4 competitive mode that if you wonder outside of the group operating area you get removed or spawn time increases between deaths.

More over, why would the companies hire or take on a project like this when people are happy with cartoon graphics that are 20 years old ? That sets the bar wayyyy too high and takes away their ability to copy paste code or whatever these guys can’t do for this game. Making this game is like making a brand new super custom car that nobody has seen before….just have to get the better GPU prices down and some immersion MAP/Character/storyline going….problem is you have to get the storyline and skins in line first probably before hand. Once you start and make a dev decision you have to stick it out. Adding things late probably means a complete “restart”.

I just want to play a match in the woods behind/around the worn house map with lighting set to evening. It’s almost a blue purple hue, When the lightning sparks it will actually illuminate the opposing players. While also having the burnt glowing red trees would be chefs kiss visuals.
Maybe even fight half the round in the trees, then a gate opens when players begin to be spawned into the worn house with a voice directive to eliminate players there….better yet make a tunnel from basement to the scorched tree area 🫡

@vagrant ember welcome....this is not new. You need at minimum a GPU that has at least enough Vram and allows use of DLSS (nvidia) or FSR.
I have a 1080ti and can not use DLSS so FSR it is for me.
My recommendation using an old Nvidia GPU and a Ryzen 7 5800XT
- Turn on Ultra Low Latency in Nvidia App or Nvidia Control Panel
- Set Display resolution to minimum 1920x1080. If you have a 2k monitor even. I have tried 2560x1440 but it doesnt get me enough smoothness. I run at either two slightly lower resolutions 2176x1224 or the next one below its like 1108x??? Thats what are available to me. Both are fine if your not a resolution queen.
- Antialiasing high or epic
- Turn Global Illumination to low
- Adjust sharpness to get some better clarity to your liking.
- Shadows at Medium
- All other settings to epic if you want, Adjust to low to help a bit.
- FSR will add quite a bit artifacting, but gets the most FPS improvement up to 90fps, and generally above 60 always here are the two settings available:::
AMD FS3 set to Balanced (though even higher settings don't make a huge difference..try them out.)
AMD FSR3 Frame Gen to ON
VSYNC seems like on or off is never an issue I see no difference so experiment with that. OFF seems to be less laggy but...having it ON also has lag depending on server pop.....who knows. The game is just jot optimized well

There’s gamers that quit entire matches to try and rank up in a player pool of 3-400 gamers…some of the highly ranked gamers are psychotically good though. Not taking anything from the real “R” tagged earned ranking gamers. They are very good.
