i usually wait +2 or 3 gens to upgrade, , i had a RX 580, went to a 2060, and a 7600, the exeption is my current GPU , the 7900xt, since the 8 gigs of vram that i had was very limiting for gaming, but especially when i had to run unreal engine to work on bodycam (it was a PAIN to open a simple map 😭 )

100% While I don't agree being allowed to spend that much on bundles with ships not even in the game yet, some bundles being out for so long and the ship STILL not in the game for years, at the same time. Like you said, it's not easy to develop these things, it take's time, resources, and knowledge, along with optimization and skill. I like to take SC as an example for the simple reason that people forget far too quickly that good things take time, when I see the community here talking about the game, like it's already 1 year old, that no optimization has been done yet it makes me sad because I know that the devs are in learning phases every day, it's part of the game

Whole heartedly, The dev team is working hardcore and I know they learn stuff every day and They strive for the game to be better as much as they can, So i can understand your sadness and I feel it. People don't have patience and just expect an "Early Access Alpha" to be done in a matter of months.

Indeed. It does have it's bugs, they can be both hilarious and extremely annoying, At the same time. I can look past those bugs just because of the vision, the dream, the transparency, and the dev team as a whole.

Eh, depends, like the Small VRAM mem leak still going on, It's nowhere near as severe but it's still there. It's not good and it does need to be patched, They identified it from my understanding and are working on it atm.

When I remember the first time I launched SC with 12 fps and I was told on their forum "it's normal 30 fps is the max we can have" I had such an angry reaction lol, and I saw the updates follow one another with new bugs, sometimes even the game does not launch at all, I was patient but it taught me this lesson, sometimes you should not rush things, if bodycam is not optimized now it will necessarily be one day, and even if here many have drawn a line on the game because of it, they will come back, the concept is far too atypical not to arouse curiosity. at least for the moment.

The fact that the dev team not only created their dream, even if it's just one of many, Like Sulli said, They created jobs for people, skill development, and more on top of that. I have nothing but respect for the bodycam dev team/teams. While I myself have chilled out a bit since I hit #93 in the world, got my S2 reissad skin and all within a span of 60 hours, I've taken it even more chill than I was before and I'm just having loads of fun with friends, having funny clips made, Etc. I will say I get severely irate when someone says I'm wrong, puts words in my mouth and lies to my face about what I've done to help the community, big or small. I just want the people who are here to enjoy the game. Atm a set of specific settings has been able to help out atleast 6 different people I know, those 6 people are able to enjoy bodycam and play it at 100+fps with no visual loss practically. That makes me smile.

I'm a huge fan of Foxhole even though I have never played it, I want to real bad, Iracing is a cool sim for sure, and i love HLL, Squad, and Arma reforger looks decent but Idk if I want to really spend the money on it.
