The Devs only have lossless on steam and is regularly updated like the new one has variable frame gen , you set the FPS you want and it will try and hit that , but be reasonable it's not going to hit 120 FPS this a 40 FPS base FPS , well it will but I put lag would be horrible

No it's different , a lot of times a lot better than fsr3 or afmf , you can choose from a long list of upscalers then the new Microsoft snapdragon one on arm CPUs, if I use fsr3 even at quality on body cam it creates a fuzzy look , lossless scaling doesn't and runs a hell of a lot smoother

Man, my VRAM was maxed out at 97% on my RTX 4090 after only one game, but I rolled back my drivers to the 528.47 drivers, and it runs great now. Try that; it's the only fix I could find.

If kamakazie drones are added to the game, it will materially change the entire spirit of the game IMO. This game is the paragon of marksmanship and gunplay.

If kamikaze drones get introduced, the shitty players that get killed with their lack of skills will then have this advantage of chasing down any and all players. Flying the drones is super easy, especially to touch an enemy player.

It will essentially reward poor playing skills, and the people in the game who are good at marksmanship and strategy will be unfairly punished.

Just my opinion, which according to my wife, is irrelevant in most cases

Some of the most fun in this game is patiently moving through a map to find the enemy, especially in the dark. If some kamikaze drone came along by a noob player in the dark and killed me, it wouldn't even be fair, nor would it increase the playibility. It would just be frustrating.

If you get killed now, it's a function that you either weren't good at marksmanship or you exposed your flanks needlessly - not just because some drone who can see in the dark ran towards you and exploded.

The current drones are actually perfect.

exactly, just the other day i did a CPU 3d benchmark and it reset my thread count to 6 logical processors instead of 12 for the 7600....i went to bios, all good there with the SMT set to enabled. took me 3 hrs to figure out all i had to do was download ryzen master then set multithreading to ON. People should really check to see if their rebar is on etc. small things like this could help lol

i set ryzen master to game mode and dont open it or touch anything. I even have intel or xmp ram but just select the profile in bios. How much you want to be some of these guys have 35 steam games with corrupted files from games they dont want to offload or just delete. One member cured my black screen crashes (not many but still was boo boo) by having me reinstall Steam while keeping some files.

Yes I can run 4K on some maps and I primarily run 1440 on a C9 at 120hz with gsync enabled 👍🏻 haven’t tried 1080 or less but I used to use nvidia scaling at 2731 res 120hz…it takes some stress off of PC and does/still move around great. Just since the recent fixes I haven’t tried again as game runs real noice.

absolutely, price-to-performance is unbeatable. mine ran for two years and was in excellent condition. sold it for 750 €.
the upgrade to the 5080 kinda happened by chance, otherwise, it would've easily lasted me another two years.

So, For zombies, use the boxes with question marks on them or find weapons in certain spots on the walls, A Desert Eagle and Python have a chance at spawning in the spawn room when you begin the match. Activate generators to get into new rooms, the furthest you can go atm is the monitor/camera room, The next Major update plans on adding another zombie map that expands upon what we have atm.

Really the only thing you can do atm is farm up points to hit reissad in zombies.

The optimization issues are more of a recent thing, as a person that has been playing for a while I can tell you for sure that the game wasnt this jittery before. Nevertheless there is some DEFITNETLY some issues going around atm and they are apparent, hope they get resolve sooner than later.

Yeah, bro, I tried playing with the Astral 5090, and it just wouldn't work with the newer drivers. I had to put my RTX 4090 back in and roll my drivers back to 527, and it works fine now. It was using 98% of my GPU VRAM lol after one game, then it would crash, but that's the only fix I've found. It was also doing it on my rtx 4090 with the 50 series drivers thats how I know its the newer drivers 😒

but it's there and they call it dlss override

you should be able to select a dlss version, latest is 310.2.1.0 (which is dlss4)

the one installed by default is 3.7 i think (which is dlss3)

Right, but I feel like this shouldn't be the case. No other game that uses UE5 has this issue, so presumably this is a result of either the Bodycam devs utilizing some obscure functionality that has not been thoroughly tested by Nvidia or its a result of the devs code directly.
