My buddy has a crash on startup error which is the the result of DX12, all he does is delete the DX12.DLL and it launches fine.

If you hide in the same 2-3 spots on that map and any people shoot there no matter what, or I do 👍🏻. It’s super annoying. But really satisfying when you shoot them…. Also it’s always best to prime the door frames if you see muzzle flash to make sure you get the first shots off before strafing. What are some of these people talking about, the game runs fine on my PC. i5 4060ti. Like it's not amazing but I don't care for 100fps I run 50-60, for a small team and $30 you can't go wrong.

yh i installed it couple days ago and its kinda lit, the gamemodes need some polishing tho. bomb mode should get explained, idefk how to plant bomb or defuse it. rest is just peak angles and aim and i can see that getting boring long term

it looks so fucking good tho and the difficulty introduced from being realistic is a fun thing to factor in

also the order of guns in gun game feels kinda wrong, whyd you start with a pistol, you end up getting stomped by people who did already have one upgrade, lol. i just snowballed a gun game in maybe 3 minutes just by holding the center of paintball and taking the engagements against worse guns and went out 15-3

devs plz get real servers and i'll come back and play more often. I stopped because I was dedicated to grinding this game and made it to the top 1k on leaderboards through gameplay alone at launch. I see the game gets less than 500 players a day and i can't help but think the game would without question have a higher population and player retentention through 2 things.

1. dedicated servers- I stopped playing this game because i got so annoyed with salty hosts
2. bringing back the old cosmetics system- this made me pretty much immediately uninstall after a game of zombies in the halloween udpdate when i saw the very same cosmetics i had grinded for were now taken from me and shoved behind a pay wall.

main thing tho is definitely dedicated servers. you would have more than 500 people to sell stuff to if you were to not also change back the cosmetic system. more people-more potential customers-more money

theres nothing that sticks if you play a lot but youre bad, youll be harstuck in some low rank cause the points end up going down for losses and you play 10 games and have nothing to show for it except for points you can spend on cosmetics you dont want cause you dont get that specific skin you want in daily shop

definitly feels mismanaged but that could just be cause its early access and not prioritized

1: dedicated servers are extremly expensive, and would require a rewrite a good chunk of the game, not to say it'll never comes, but it's not really possible atm, which is why we're working on host migrations

2: old cosmetics system was even worst than the current system optimisation wise and code wise, it'll most likely never come back, although the current system will probably give you some kind of customisation/swap pieces with another skin in the future

we're working on a lot of new things to grind instead of cosmetics, can't wait to be able to share a bit more with everyone, but it's looking very good!

16 GB is what you need to run this game in current condition probably. I was at 10-12 gb the other day upon entering and staying idle in map as shaders loaded I think. Ever since I got rid of some corrupted steam files it’s been smooth sailing.

The clip of the firing squad on the hospital map is proof enough if anything tbh, Game runs just fine and perfectly smooth on my end. With a revert it'll run even better for me, In the end the devs are transparent and tell everyone what is going on. Crazy to me how people ask for that from devs, they get it, still complain.

Yeah cause I can provide how it runs for me. It runs pretty smooth if even though my frame say that it’s only running at top 35 frames it still looks smoother than that. I think that’s just because of the amount of hertz my monitor is though.

with the latest Nvidia drivers, it's basically a shitshow. Had a buddy update to 572.06, rebooted, black screen even before login. I reverted him back to 566.36 and all was well. Nvidia really bungled this series launch and the drivers are just as bad.
