Hello guys! Just bought the game and actually was doing like 6 FPS (could barely change settings) in the menu with a 7800 XT and a R5 7600x. Forced Dx11 and now works fine. Any clues?

on the menu that's not normal, although the fact that dx11 fixed the issue could mean that your GPU drivers aren't up to date (or simply not installed)

since a 7800xt should be more than enough for the game

Vram is a lot faster than normal ram. When you go over the limit, games start using your ram as vram and then the time to render a frame increases, decreasing your fps in the end
