not true, there is enough distance because bullets slow down during the duration of travel so therefor even if someone is 40m away if they are running you still have to lead the shot because a bullet isnt teleporting it only flies at like 6-700 mph

Idk man the math is pretty simple...if you are shooting an ar (standard 5.56 that's traveling at about 3,240fps....there are only 5,280ft in a mile so at about a half mile a second how far ahead of someone do you need to aim at 100ft? Lol....

Given the mals are all pretty small I think its reasonable to suspect that bullets are just hitscan because theres not really any reason to not have it that way if theres almost never gonna be a distance where bullet velocity will have to be accounted for

the players will sky rocket if you market right using the new zombies map

They had a team of <5 people with two people working on the game directly(not asset creation/maps). I don't think they intended to make the game worse for people's, but that's the nature of early access. Mistakes happen and adding features can sometimes be at a detriment. They are making positive moves towards a solution(they hired an external team along with a number of other devs).

There were several issues that were caused by the addition of the new content...they've identified the issues and the last update we got was "soon" and that the fix was going to be pushed to the testers first and if all is well it goes live. So hopefully that helps.

Unlikely tbh... I'm not sure how far along they are with fixing things or if they've even started testing yet, but saying "a few days" then it being over 2 weeks is pretty insane tbh...

Another announcement needs to happen, this drip feeding is just bizarre..

There are fundamental issues with the game that could be fixed straight away, like the scoring system, like the match making and if a map is dead or doesn't work or causes issues then dump it until it's working as expected, ie: worn and russian... If I don't open them maps then I don't crash, I've played all night and had no issues.

The hitboxes, performance, fatal crash or unable to open issues are obviously not straight forward, the performance of UE5 is awful, not even konami could get their team to fix it and they are a huge company.

So I'm not holding my breath for that one, but some features could be released like now but they're holding off to do it in one big update...

Could go horribly wrong and if it does I'm dumping this game.

The way we've been treated as end users is pathetic tbh and it's getting more toxic by the day..

Bodycam is still in early access.

It's using Unreal Engine 5 with some of the heaviest rendering tech available (Lumen, Nanite, etc.).

The devs themselves recommend not reducing graphics settings, which is a red flag for optimization.
