its p2p servers, so that means that the host starts the server

and runs the server, from their computer, which is relayed by steam servers. basically what im trying to say is that, the host IS the server

so if you see them spaced out with high ping, chances are they live farther away from you. its best if you try hosting a game

That comes with experience, it never really gets easier to know where you're being shot at, but you do learn how to run away and recover

Feedback: I REALLY don't like that they added bots. They make the game far less interesting, kills less satisfying. they can see in the dark, they force you to change your the play style to a boring call of duty one by destroying stealth, and I now it's way harder to find a lobby with REAL people. I WILL QUIT if there isn't some sort of compromise. Like turning them off by default. Since I'm pretty sure most player are just in bot lobbies now and don't realize. This will kill this game in the long run I swear. This is one of my favorite games it's feels dead to me atm.

did you read the whole thing. I can't find lobbies with real people without using the server browser. no one joins hosted matches anymore and quickplay puts in bot lobbies or empty lobbies if I turn it off.

bots are great, as someone outside of north american and european region i am able to play a non laggy low latency match without having to play at certain hours of the day or week. quickjoiners gonna cry but the bots is probably one of the best additions to the game alongside the hardpoint gamemode
