oh yeah russian building is terrible rn, every like 9 seconds it drops to .7 fps for at least 2 seconds on a 4060 Ti and Ryzen 7 (max graphics does not lag but it just stutters for no reason)

Turn on fps boost + frame gen and go to Airsoft. All max settings besides that.

I use fsr at max settings getting around 130+ fps at the max.

Frame gen stutters it more on maps that don't cause much lag.
