I mean, pretty much just got to have the quickest aim you possibly can have and know the sound queues. The rest comes with just practice in knowing the maps, knowing where people normally hide, knowing where your gonna be aiming before you even ADS.

The gun sway messes up a lot of people.

Just remember if your muzzles goes outside of your retical your using your muzzle to aim now, it takes some getting used too. Also there is a need to counter strafe your mouse as your leaning quickly.

Lean left fast counter strafe right a tad or you will be missing just outside there body.

it was taken out for the time being cause people used it as a exploit too much to get on the winning team. or stack then unfairley. It should put you on the same team somtimes, try to look for lobbys that arent full yet, if when you both join and its unfair teams it will split you.

or if one of you starts the lobby and its just you two it will split you everytime

if you want to join random people, press play, select server, and a bunch of server should be shown to you. select and click one you like, and play
