Has anyone here encountered any visual issues when trying HDR?

For me it adds this weird noise overlay on the game.. really annoying and I cant seem to fix it by changing settings whatsoever.

When I turn HDR off in windows and run the game, it's fine. So I thought It would be my HDR settings or calibration, but it only occurs on Bodycam.. not on other games with HDR on in windows (and in-game settings).

I'm talking about the control camera which can follow the movement of the players and lock and open the magnetic doors without having to activate the generators. And I know that the cameras are in all the dcp maps, so the allies have to walk around the map (perhaps to try to find a door that won't open with a generator so that the camera can be used for something).
