if youre having issues with the game booting in a lower resolution than its supposed to, then follow these steps here:

Open the games location in steam, and locate Bodycam.exe file, Right click the .exe then press "Properties" and select the Compatibility tab. Press "Change high DPI settings", tick the little box near the bottom that says "Overide high DPI scaling behavior" and select "Application"

I know the quick fix is to just reset the game, but I feel like there's a sound design oversight in the original soundfiles. None were limited/compressed, and pushed beyond the 0 dB. 99% of the time in any recording program, your shit is gonna auto-mute, because it's too loud. Devs could get away with a limiter at like -15dB and then brickwall limit the sound at like -3dB so the files won't cause a buffer overflow.

well yeah, im sorry to say but resets are a big part of the whole ea shmick. it sucks, i disliked the r point reset myself but stuff has to be done to get the game proper and fair
as for ranks, again, your previous progress will be saved in a special tab. Why the reset? with how long the game has been out, it would require 100s of hours for a new guy to even compete for a spot in reissad, its kind of unfair so they gave the idea of the season thing and let people vote for it

This is extremely funny because I’ve always used 3D surround headsets and it makes it so easy to know if the enemy is inside the basement part of the map or up top

It doesn’t stutter, (only when compiling shaders at the start of every map that lasts for 3 seconds) haven’t had a single crash and I tested it on multiple systems, runs better than the latest Call of Duty game, and is actually fun to play and features a lot of maps

Most people complaining about the game are suffering from user errors

I’ve always found it fascinating how you can’t even do pc gaming without having a vast knowledge of working with the OS of your choice. I’ve never had such problems of running any application because I simply know how to troubleshoot every single problem in existence. I strongly suggest people learn how to read into dump files. It helps a lot and saves you years of figuring it out by doing random stuff

Just to give off an example, most people that suffer from memory related stutters have accelerated GPU scheduling enabled in launchers

I just do FSR quality and frame gen on for 200+ fps on epic settings, but it comes at a cost of quality. The edges of the screen are bugging out because of Frame Gen (happens when you use frame gen in any game, it's not specific to Body Cam) and FSR quality mode looks a bit too soft on my screen. However, fighting in 200 fps feels a lot better than shooting in 50 to 60 fps imo

i managed to reproduce your issue and disable it, i think something is wrong

theres a couple things you could try

disabling the game optimization feature in nvidia app, and checking nvidia control panel in 3D settings for any grain setting of some kind
