I can show you a few things on Zombies if you end up having issues. My recommendation, learn how to utilize the cameras or make sure someone knows how too. Sometimes once we hit the basement, I won't even fire my gun for a few rounds because I'm running camera while others are covering doors.

Go to the Training room and figure out your control scheme. Test out different weapons and use the Laser sight to figure out the aiming patterns on different weapons. Go play some Zombies, it'll help with your reaction time and hearing where enemies are.. Then finally go try some PvP. Only way to "Git Gud" is to play the game.
