I feel that, I play Cold War, that’s the newest cod I’ll go for, but I grew up in the golden years of cod (waw-Bo2 era)

The reason for it running on everything though is because the valve engine again has had 2 decades to work everything out

Unreal engine constantly changes with frequent updates making it harder for every pc to play on said games

Now this will inevitably be ironed out through time; but since UE released a bunch of new tech when they ORIGINALLY released UE 5.0, again it’ll take time to iron everything out in regards to optimization for everyone on all different spec levels

A player can potentially be banned for playing without shadows if it becomes an obvious advantage, and they're purposely doing it. Deleting the settings json then restart the game.
