I just find too often, the dice roll on the starting gun tends to often lean to the uzi or another uninteresting gun

Yes because games strive off of not letting the community voice their ideas or opinions. Your opinion is valid for you and others that agree and my opinion is valid for me and those that agree. Veriety is good. Options are better and the ability to work towards something other than cosmetics is a good lifeblood for a game that has very little reward for time invested. There's no wrong answer and saying "every other fps" and "This isn't cod" is honestly a reach considering they're bringing a cod zombies type gamemode (with a mystery box) to the game so the counter point you made is kind of mute.

My point. The reason that games with the ability to choose or customize loadouts are popular, is due to the fact it gives you a rewarding exchange for your time. Work on something you like, build a loadout you enjoy and choose a playstyle that you're comfortable with

Don't get me wrong i really enjoy bodycam, but after a match or two, i'm burnt out and bored since all i'm grinding for is a couple hundred RP that slowly fills up until i have enough for a piece of cosmetic that makes me more noticeable or is just a reworked piece of the starter clothes

If this game turns out that way - it’s possible. It rests with the devs. I’d like that, in some way - however I would also expect people to just stick to whatever they like / find a meta and that will be ran. Granted a non issue with TTK.

I’m fine with the premade loadouts - forces a degree of equality.

Concerning the clothes - shop rotates. Took me a few months but I got the stuff and more. RP is easily gained if you do well.

I think it’s an interesting concept to keep it fresh with random load outs, but they should add an armory in the menu which allows you to select sights and attachments for each weapon so when you get it you like it

The gameplay and gunplay are fun, but in a world of time vs reward (we can thank AAA companies for making it that way with a battlepasses and grinding) it feels lacking in feeling rewarding for getting to that point of being the best in the lobby. Match or two is fun, but then its just the same gameplay loop over and over with people vote kicking good players and teamkilling out of boredom. There's no real incentive for wanting to do better than others and cosmetics (although free) aren't that awh inspiring to want to grind for

I would recommend deathmatch, that way you have constant interaction to get you better at the game and anyone you see you're supposed to kill. That way you don't feel the pressure of trying to keep in mind that team killing will take away points.

One thing I do have to say for new players is make sure you have shadows! If you optimize the game through nvidia; you’ll have no shadows the next time you log onto BodyCam, to fix this bug; reset your global illumination setting, (I’ve heard changing them from epic, to low; back to epic fixes these problems!)

Yup that's true, but given the gameplay and the realism already puts it at a higher tier for me personally. If anything they are going to be completely different experiences. Cod being more cartoony in nature and bodycam being more realism (even though zombies leans towards fantasy, but you know what I mean)
