i think a story mode would be cool, but since we are still in ea i would say they would most likely focus on the multiplayer pvp aspect before even thinking about story

bc with story they would have to have big maps too which could be a pain to optimize n shit and even if they split it seemless transitions could be a pain in the ass for a game like this

It is early access, and that means lots of things are still being worked on, but overall I think the game is very much worth the price in it's current state (although the ranking system needs some work since winning actually deducts points). You could always try the game and refund it if you only play for 2 hours. TDM, gun game, and deathmatch are modes with respawn, and versus game mode is basically TDM with only one life per round. Body Bomb is also one life per round. Maps like Airsoft, bullets can be shot through the plywood.

This. It's the age of "if a streamer isn't playing it, then it must not be good" unfortunately. This is a brand new fps experience, and in my opinion, breaks the mold of the old. Once zombies is introduced I feel like we will get a good swarm of new/returning players. All in all this is the best fps in my library in terms of current experience and future potential and I personally am getting all of my friends over to it slowly.

@grizzled dune @tender kernel 💯 on both those points. Takes some getting used to at first but once you get the feel of things and the gunplay, it's so satisfying when you get those multikills. I tell new players to give it time, it's a different experience.

hmmm, I noticed this too and had to tweak the settings a bit, I finally got it. The game already has a bit of blur effect to it due to the style, wish I could be more helpful. I'm using an rtx 4090 laptop gpu but connected to a 3440x1440 monitor... I always have to play with the settings.

sharpening up to high makes the game look beautiful on low settings just keep the upscaling to quality and using frame gen on performance and it looks and runs amazing

also shadows on low was producing extra shadows i noticed for some objects around hospital map
