Yes, just like every other map in the game! But the hardest part is actually adapting it for the game. Creating these kinds of assets ourselves or outsourcing them to other developers is mostly a waste of time, and the game wouldn't be ready by Halloween.

Asset packs are literally designed to help indie teams speed up the 3D development process. Of course, if you're a big studio with a huge budget and lots of time, you could create everything from scratch, but that’s not our situation. Even big studios buy assets, but they’re generally not as reliant on them as indie studios.

So don’t be too quick to criticize asset packs many games would never see the light of day without the work of asset creators!
