See the tip of the scar where the sight is supsed to be? Imagine there is a crosshair about a couple centimeters above the rectangular bit where the front flip sight should be. That’s the “barrel” aim so to speak and the more “accurate” way. It’s always slightly above all irons / reflex sights.

When leaning imagine the same thing but it’s opposite the direction you lean in by a few centimeters. Thats helped my aim immensely .
