The few games of deathmatch I have hosted, I make sure to finish the game before killing the lobby, but some people get their pantys in a bunch if they don't win, and there absolutely should be a penalty. Also, the game could use some sort of team balance during TDM games, with people changing to the winning team leaving the teams horribly unbalanced.
Anti-cheat of some kind is also needed.

Basically not everyone getting the same weapons but each person gets a specific class of weapon apart from the other teammates, with base priorities like always having an AR in one person on the team.
