Then I disable fullscreen optimizations and then click "change high DPS settings" and use "High DPI scaling override" and set it to "application"

don't have to do it but I like the feeling of that more on my mouse as the games don't override anything feels alot smoother and less issues for me personally

but kittens suggestion is really good, some people need to go slower in this game with how the screenspace of moving around your gun/hand and how floaty it feels at first, but once you get used to it its really fun game

If the mouse is wired, the problem could be caused by input delay. Try turning down the graphics. It may look awful with textures looking weird but it might fix the issue.
