First of all, you can't know. For my part, I don't finish rounds unless the teams don't split fairly in the first, second rounds (8vs2 as an example). Of course you can avoid minus points or unfortunately still switch if the opposing team has 9 wins, but as long as you have no proof, I would hold back with accusations.

btw. it would be great if, for example, you could no longer switch after 6 rounds played or after a team has 7 wins....

yea. Like theres a few things that go into it, Have to be able to determine 1. if the person is actually cheating (or if report is just griefer). 2. Perform an analysis on the alleged cheaters activity, history/r gain. 3. Look for additional reports against the user, and further activity to confirm it. Even just with DC reports, I could easily do this pretty quickly on my off time and inbetween my breaks at work. Extra tools could be helpful. A native report button ingame that logs reports would be awesome, just not sure how easy it would be with the tech stack

Hmmm, tough to choose one. I would say pacing. Knowing when to rush and when to hold a doorway or hallway. I learned different points on the russian building map where players are likely to be or transitional spaces where you can catch them running to a spot with cover.

I had a positive kd one round only due to clapping someone through and rushing to a certain hallway where they were likely to be and I clapped 2.
