it may sound stupid but try not literally press "Y" key but just click on the icon of it with the mouse if it's not saving. It's a bug that was happening with my game too, not only with saving the graphic settings but with all of the menu. I am sure yu tried it but I'm just saying. Otherwise you could look into the nvidia app and maybe find somewhere there, if you have a nvidia card, there is a setting which could block the graphic changes in game and that happend to me too.

1. Hospital was apparently "fixed", or atleast modified. means theres less invincible props that you couldnt shoot through, and places u could get stuck in
2. Looking through walls has been patched

4. At the moment theres 1 new map added, and backrooms is no longer an easter egg map

The thing is, with 4k anti-aliasing is less and less important. Visually, I find that TAA vs. TSR is a little more sharp.
Also, I find that the actual Unreal Engine 5 TSR is the best image vs FSR.
You can use frame gen of course on top of it, but it makes the overall image more blury.
But anyways, with forced upscaling it helps more and more with bigger resolutions. 1080p/1440p will need more anti-aliasing to compensate for less pixels etc.
