That's your problem, you ain't running this game unless at like 720p with FSR performance and everything low. Even then you might be pushing it and the game is just going to look like vaseline rubbed all over the screen

But a 4070? Surely you're upgrading all your other components as well like CPU, RAM etc? If not it'd be essentially pointless and just be completely bottlenecked. I'm assuming you are, you'd at the very least require a new PSU

fron other tips i have:

• aim for upper torso. you will drop enemy most of the time if you are not stupid about it.
• in close quarters, you don't have to aim down sights to kill.
• rebind your weapon slots.
  i think those are named "equipment slot" or something to that effect.
  bind first 3 only to 1, 2, 3.

Ad. Your grenade will move from number 3 to number 2 if you have only pistol. @heavy stratus

you see enemy is playing defensively, youh can try to push them if your team tries to be aggresive just make sure you throw grensdes first.
