i read just now that it is a problem since of last month and it's becouse that bodycam servers were not prepared for so many players and they are just getting 200 pump to the head and just can't handle it

but what i've noticed is that most of all the bugs and problems happend to mostly new players and not the ones that started playing since release

Bodycam "servers" don't exist. Its p2p multiplayer match hosting. Its the reason why when the match host leaves, the match will immediately kick everyone to main menu screen. You're not losing connection to a dedicated server, you're losing connection to the physical Host of the match.

your card can run 100% and be safe for the system

If your psu is getting maxxed out all you can really do is lower fps target or graphics or buy a higher capacity psu

downclocking your gpu could also work but it'll hurt performance
