Yes spawning system needs a complete rework. Most of the times I will spawn directly in front or behind someone. If you are aiming for realism this is not going to cut it. I clear a room, go to the next and 5sec later someone is shooting me from the room I just cleared. This is far from realistic. Maybe open up the maps a bit to leave more room for placing the spawners.

So. I ran into this as well with the LotR Conquest reimagined. It didn’t have DLSS or FSR options but FSR was enabled and was terrible with the tessellation effects. But I don’t get it that bad with Body Cam.

I have been meaning to take mine in to a specialist for a while, it's running strangely, like I will have 1000 FPS on a game on one monitor, then be watching a yt vid or smth on the other and it's keeps stuttering, I highly doubt it's internet and it's not hardware acceleration I don't think
