Okay well myself if i get 20 kills a game plus a win i know im getting 600 R points as this is how they are calculated. 25 R a kill and 100 a win. You can even write the numbers down before hand play a match and then check them after and see for yourself. I currentl have 25k R points in the bank plus a full load out/kit as i constantly drop high kill games

Once people actually realise planting in spawn gives the attacking team a better chance of defusing then it will be different. Planting spawn gives attackers so much time to defuse

Depending on your connection, you could always host your own match. Might take a few minutes roaming on your own before someone joins, but at least you're guaranteed to have consistent matches after that

The problem is spawn points are too close together, maps are not large enough, and/or they feel too clusterphobic. Sometimes I feel the game spawns in too many players for the size of the maps we have. If we had like 6 players instead of 10 for a gamemode such as deathmatch it would be more fun. The spawn points can be rotated much better versus a guy spawning in right behind you with a shotgun
