There is also no clarification as to what res and detail level the Min and recommended specs actually provide.

It's incredibly random, you can have an rtx 3060 12gb and get low fps on lowest graphics, while others get high fps on the highest graphics with the exact same graphics card and higher resolution. All while having cpus that are around the same in terms of performance.
