Skins take a ridiculous amount of work and are most usually commissioned in the hundreds of dollars.Unless somebody is already making it,it's unlikely it will be made.
But you can always do it yourself

But a lot of people think making a requests like "ask and you will receive" when in reality 99% of skin requests never happen unless it happens to be an idea already in process and someone can be pointed in the direction of a WIP skin
