Hello, I was trying to play Hollow Knight mods. I tried first with Scarab, but it didn't work, so I tried Lumafly. I've installed Randomizer 4 (and all the dependencies installed correctly as well). I've also changed the version of my game, but when I launch the game with mods (via Lumafly), no mods are showing or playable. Additionally, whenever I try to quit the game, it crashes and won't close.

Did you try to mod current patch before downpatching? If so try the steps below

If you tried to mod the wrong patch and are now seeing Blank Save Files

  • First you'll need to reset your Global Settings Files:
    1. Download this file: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/879138066961424405/1039420689624612884/Global_Settings_Reset.bat
    2. Move the file to your Desktop
    • If it appears on your computer as a .txt file, then you'll need to resave it as .bat
    1. Double-Click the file
  • Second you'll need to Verify the Integrity of your game files. You can use ?tag verify in chat to see how to do this in Steam.
  • Third make sure that Lumafly isn't in your Downloads folder, then use Shift Right-Click on it and select Run as Administrator
