I've already deleted and re-installed debug mod multiple times, but no matter what I do the keybind isn't coming back, I even made a separate mod profile on R2modman and it didn't fix it
At this point I'm running out of ideas for what to do, since the debug mod doesn't show up in the config files on R2 and also doesn't have a mod menu profile

Delete the file ./DebugModData/settings.json from your saves folder

I am running into the same problem but I fail to find settings.json, I deleted the entire DebugModData and it didn't work, may I request a default setting.json to attempt an overwrite?

In my case, I was shifting keybinds, and bound F2 to both main menu and all menu toggle...

Please create your own post
Being given the file wouldn't help-- if the file isn't present on start, then it is generated. If it isn't generated, then you have other problems going on.
