#Is there a way to block achievements?

I'd like to avoid Steam getting the achievements from the game, I wanted to do the Pantheon of Pharloom mod, and use the 100% save, but it'll unlock all the achievements that I haven't unlocked yet. Is there a way to prevent that?

(Otherwise, I'll just use Steam Achievement Manager, should be good)
