I've already tried all the methods to fix it, but they didn't work, i tried to change the skin but it stays the same. Thank you for your help🥺 .

Thanks for the screenshot, it looks like you downloaded the preview image of the skin instead of the skin itself. Make sure to use the actual download link from the list you used, and make sure you've joined the corresponding discord servers before clicking links that lead to discord, as some skins are hosted on the main HK server
