You'll probably have to pay a lot, or make it yourself. Skins for SS have a huge amount of sprites and are hard to make, plus a lot of people try to scam people with promises of making them for free.

Yeah, I haven't seen anyone with real open commissions for Silksong skins. But estimate is that custom Hornet skins would likely cost over $1k because of how many sprites there are.

To give you some context:
I just wanted this skin for fun, and since I can't create it myself, I decided, as a last resort, to try and make it a reality. That's why I decided to make this suggestion and ask for help from someone who could do it without involving any money (and yes, I already knew it would be very difficult; I just did the last thing I could). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyway I haven't made progress, but what I'm gonna do is I'm going to open all the sprites of a crest of your choice and paste the character png there. This means there won't be any animations for the most part, it would simply replace hornet, if you attack the png still looks the same
