You dont have custom knight installed. Custom knight plus is an add on, used for only a single skin, and requires custom knight to work

Custom Knight Plus is not Custom Knight.
Custom Knight Super Animation Addon is not Custom Knight.

try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. According to your modlog, your game isn't seeing it.
