I downloaded the debug mod and i cant 112% the game

if the charm is in your inventory you should have the % from it regardless of the level. However it may have impacted the % you get from beating NKG or banishment. Or you forgot something else, like ascending seer, which I'd suggest checking for with one of the save analyzer tools

okay it turns out you can upgrade your howling wraiths into abyss shriek which i didnt know until i 111%ed the game xdddd

but i got that and that was the 1 percent i needed to 112% the gmae
