item sync URL not connecting

me and my friend are trying to play randomiser and have followed the tutorial exactly and for some reason it wont connect, anyone know why?

The URL should be mw.hkmp.org

That's a public server

ItemSync creates seperate rooms for the items, so it doesn't matter

But if you want, you'd have to create your own itemSync server
