Hi, I am currently playing a randomizer save with a friend of mine. The issue is that my friend is not receiving the items that I send but I can receive his. We are in the same room.

What do you mean by "multiple sessions"?

If anything about someone's connection info changes, it'll stop working (because the information that the server has will stop matching)

We played the game on different days

I think that it started when I accidentally deleted my save and downloaded it back from Steam cloud

If you deleted the save, then you probably did corrupt it, because modded files actually have "two parts", and steam only knows about one of those parts, so you wouldn't be able to recover the other part.
