So I read FAQ but I´m still not sure if I can ask this here. I wanted to ask if someone has a route for the achievement heart of steel I have been trying to get that achievement lately but to no avail. So that´s why I wanted to ask

Heart of steel has no time requirement, so a route is typically not really needed.
What 12% is better to ignore is probably good enough a question though. I recall ignoring pantheons (I think you can die on them anyway), flower quest and a few of the hard bosses when I did it my first time.
The main thing is, take no risks. If at 1 health, just save and quit
