Basically my Hollow Knight game is running at 5fps. No spikes or dips, just consistent 5fps. I have deleted all my mods and modding api, Ive restarted my PC. Ive changed the video settings to low. Uninstalled the game while restarting. Made it high priority in task manager. Nothing has worked. I play on current patch. I use windows 11. I use Lumafly but as stated no mods are currently on my pc. Also I'm using steam to play the game.

I don't personally have any suggestions other than resetting the registry which you don't seem to want to do. The idea with including more info was to make it available in case other people had other suggestions

That's tied to save files, not registry data
But have you rebooted your computer yet?

Whats even weirder is I have a HK 1221 download in steam seperate from my current patch, and its perfectly fine

Well like I said my hk 1221 game file separate in steam works perfectly fine
And so does every other game I own
So I'm at a total loss on what to do :/ I feel like I've tried so much and it's still not working 😢

Something about your setup must have changed. My best guess, since the only thing you can think of is using GODump, is that pressed some sort of shortcut command to your GPU software, that is tied to an F-key

You'd probably want to into your GPU software to find out what it can do related to specific game instances

It’s possible as without the pc having to compute as many things it could help
But the overall problem is how old the gpu is
Also check your monitor refresh rate as that could be an issue

Before I got an nvidia gpu I was also stuck at very very low fps, so low in fact I couldn’t heal 3 times because of how broken it was and tick ticks wouldn’t move because of the lag. I really do think it is a gpu problem since it may not look like it but it is a very fps taxing game
Your cpu is bottlenecked by the gpu as well I think

As Dwarf suggested, you could look into the setting menu of the Intel Integrated Graphics settings
Check if your drivers are up to date, newest windows update

If you're on a laptop, are you sure that's all you have?
You can open Task Manager, then go to Performance, and see everything there
