#skin not working (custom knight)

it was working before, but it suddenly isn't. the fix skins button solution did not work.

Please provide more information!

People cannot help you if they do not know all of what is going on.

Your post should include Useful Information, such as:

  • Detailed explanation (What is wrong, what have you tried, what are you expecting to happen, etc)
  • Screenshots of the issues / errors (How do I take screenshots?)
  • Post your Modlog.txt file if you're playing modded (this is found in your Save Files folder, which you can learn how to access by typing ?tag saves into chat)
  • What Operating System you are on (Windows / MacOS / Linux / Other)
  • What patch are you on (This should show on the main menu)
  • What Mod Installer you are using (Lumafly / Scarab / HKMM / ModInstaller1 / ModInstaller2 / Other)
  • What platform you are playing the game from (Steam / Gog / Gamepass / Cracked / Pirated)

my skin does not load when i enable it
i've tried enabling the skin, and the fix skins solution from above
(this screenshot shows my skin not on because it isn't working)

looking at this particular section, it seems like there's an index out of bounds error when i enable my skin, but i don't know what to do about that.

MoreSaves & Custom Knight bug

Using these two mods together causes an error until Custom Knight next updates to fix it.

The problem happens when using MoreSaves to play on a save file that isn't one of the first four, which completely breaks Custom Knight as it only expects the original four. This not only causes glitchy things to happen, but can also make other mods not work correctly.

Work around

You can press the 📝 button on the Custom Knight entry in Lumafly to edit the Global Settings file for it, then add entries to the SkinSave section at the top.

You need to add 4 entries for each page you have in MoreSaves (so if you have 3 pages, then you need at least 12 total entries)
