follow this structure

move the images inside the folder 'Radiance Hatchling' one folder higher

also this is a dumb question but you used a hatchlings skin as an example but didn’t actually spawn in any with the glowing womb charm + having soul

I would suggest taking skins from the official sources:

it does appear the download is correct

otherwise it's not an image file

you do not have file extensions enabled

see View>Show>File name extensions

this is a ck 3.0 thing you are still using 2.2
