File Glitch

What tha heck. No geo, no soul, everything else still there, happened when my salubra blessing didnt have salubra there, also my arrow buttons dont work anymore when Im in the menu?.. and I thought one of my mods removed it, so I disabled every mod I had on scarab (btw its old cuz my antivirus doesnt let me open and the exception didnt work, idk), and then opened it again and this happened. Tried closing and reopening multiple times, i dont know what to do, I think a mod glitched out my file. This happens with all my save files
