I edited the size of the enemy HP bar sizes from the files and saved it, but when I load in to the game, it has instantly reseted it to its base sizes. I have tried to save it a couple of times, but it won't work...
Anyone know the solution to this?

After saving the global settings, you may need to delete the .bak version of it
Most likely the text editor you're using is saving it in the wrong format, but deleting the .bak should prevent it from reverting

In your Global Settings folder, there are two files for each Setting. You need to delete the one that ends in .bak
Also, you should probably be using a plain text editor, such as Notepad

yes, I was using the notepad the whole time, but I think the issue was that I used the .bak version
