I have the custom HP bars mod installed, so I downloaded some HP bars but when I applied them they just show as the default one, how do I fix this? Thank you.

that folder should be placed into CustomHPBar

It is, if you look at the top it says CustomHPBar > Galaxy HP Bar

but the folder (the one highlighted) with the actual skin is one folder to deep
the mod will only read the content of a single folder which in your image is the default EBar
