i started a modded playthrough and i was playing but when i got the mellibels blessing, it was bugged and showed i got charm 55 and the text was buggy. i looked and i didnt actuqally receive it. i installed a debug menu and it seem to fix it but now all the charms i had prior [besides the ones in the shop] like fury of the fallen and soul catcher arent at there original spots im on steam and windows.

also all charms that you "pick up" arent there anymore even the ones i havent grabbed

Did you happen to hit "Give All Charms" in DebugMod?
yes i did and now i feel an overwelming sense of stuipidity
well i guess i screwed the files

even my original file all the mod charms were removed
tho that might be because i played that file on steam deck
would uninstalling and reinstalling work
Unlikely, charm data and save data are separate from both the game and the mods

You should be able to use [[charmchanger]] to edit what charms you have, I'm not sure if it works with modded charms.

Does CharmChanger let you select what ones you have entirely? I thought that it just let you modify effects of them
Pretty sure it lets you choose if you have the charm, if it's currently equipped, and how many notches it is. As well as other save data stuff like grimmchild/kingsoul level or fragile/unbreakable charm status
I think that was Exempt's original idea for the mod, but maybe I'm wrong
